When you worry, you let your imagination run wild.
You start to use your imagination, like a young child.
You mind starts to race, as you imagine what could go wrong.
You start to focus on the reasons, you are weak and not strong.
Rx You can worry about many things, like what to do or say.
You do it so often, and start to believe, that it’s the only way.
Most of what we worry about, serves no purpose or use.
This adds stress, and adds to your own mental abuse.
There are three different things, that you can worry about.
Some move your forward, while some make you shout.
When you focus on yourself, you are definitely still in control,
When you focus on things you can’t, it will take a heavy toll.
When you focus on what you control, you are just reflecting.
You think about where right and wrong, are intersecting.
You think about, what you could do differently next time,
because doing the same twice, expecting change, is a crime.
When you focus on what you influence, you focus on change.
These are things that you can impact, and within your range.
This is a good type of worry, as it helps you grow too.
making an impact, is something, we should all do.
Then there are some things, that will drive you crazy for sure.
These are the types of worries, that make you feel like manure.
It is tough to focus on things, that we can not change at all.
So, you need to stop doing this immediately, and do not stall.
It is easy to see, that worry, can quickly make you very sad.
You are worried about the future, and experiences you had.
Doing this will give you something to do, and get you nowhere.
Just like you are rocking back and forth, in a rocking chair.
You think, about sixty thousand thoughts during the day.
These thoughts, will always guide what you do and say.
So you can choose how much attention, you give to worry.
You can make yourself very relaxed or feel in a hurry.
It is easy to let our worrisome thoughts, become too large.
Remember, you control your thoughts, you are in charge
Never let anyone tell you, what you should give your attention to,
If you do this too, you will quickly no longer feel worried and blue.
