We will all feel frustrated from time to time as we respond to our stress.
It’s a feeling we get when we can’t solve a problem or make any progress.
We are unable to find the solution to a problem or reach a goal we pursue.
We assumed we could do it and failed, now we are unsure of what to do.
Our response at this moment is what will determine our own success.
Just know that failure is a natural part of life, it doesn’t make us any less.
We might try again, much wiser than before, and still not get what we desire.
This is the first step of the learning process, we have new skills to acquire.
We may lose confidence, be angry, aggressive, irritable, or be depressed.
We’ve focused on what we can’t do, not on what we can, and are now stressed.
We can become frustrated with ourselves or at factors outside of our control.
Focusing on uncontrollable factors, will stop you from reaching your goal.
If we recognize that we’re frustrated, it becomes something we can overcome.
We’ve felt unfulfilled and incompitent, used negative self-talk and felt dumb.
We can look for an alternate way to accomplish the goal with a different plan.
We recognize what is within and outside of our control from where we began.
