YOU CAN CHOOSE AN “EXPECTED BEHAVIOR” OR AN “UNEXPECTED BEHAVIOR” BASED ON OUR CHOICE, PEOPLE WILL EITHER HAVE HAPPY OR UNHAPPY THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS, WHICH IN TURN EFFECTS HOW THEY TREAT US, WHICH EFFECTS HOW WE FEEL ABOUT OURSELVES.

ANXIOUSLY ANXIOUS
We start to feel anxious, when worry and fear, meet up in our head. Depending on how strong they are, we might just want to stay in bed. We start to feel restless, nervous, tense, tired, or even weak inside. We want something very much, and we are worried we will be denied.

Your brain of made up of many different parts. Each one has a specific purpose.
DELIGHTED
You feel delight when you are surprised, happy or feel joy. You can have a delightful experience when you had a good experience.
COMBATIVE
You feel combative when you want to have an argument with someone and start a fight.
CURIOUS
We are overcome with curiosity when we want to know something about someone or some thing.
CONTENT OR SATISFIED
You feel content in life when you are satisfied with what you have and the direction of your life, not wanting more than you really need.
