THE STATE OF THEM VS U.S.

Some people, in this world, are hanging on by a thread.
Hard to live by the punishment, given to them instead.
Hateful, spiteful, and revengeful behavior, are the cause.
Degrading and lying about other people, gives pause.

Some hateful people, didn’t get what they wanted done.
So the torture and harassment that ensues, has just begun.
Unable to forgive their horrific behavior, the absolute most.
Made even worse, given it attention, of a social media post.

Scrambling for answers, for reasons to forgive their action.
Not allowing themselves to be accountable with a reaction.
Worrying that making some mistakes, will be viewed as weak.
Not truly understanding, compassion is what they must seek.

Some people will lie, destroy evidence, or do whatever it takes.
Choosing to hit the accelerator, instead of using their brakes.
When left uncorrected, this behavior will always then reoccur.
Blaming everything on the victim, will always causes a big stir.

With an icy cold heart, mind, and ears that are snapped shut.
They can not longer make rational decisions, found in the gut.
All humans make mistakes, it is only the inhumane that ignore.
This refusal to be vulnerable, makes them worse, than before.

Not seeing the black kettle behind them, they look for shame.
Pointing it out in others and making them less, becomes a game.
Two wrongs, will never make a right, they will only make a left.
Giving your shame to another, and charging them with a theft.

Shame are the undisclosed skeletons, behind the closet door.

An imperfection scavenger hunt, won’t make your own disappear.
You have chosen judgment and shame, because of your own fear.

Imperfections are nothing to shame, that is really the good stuff.
Some people use imperfections, to prove they are not enough.
