Not only are great leaders clairvoyant, they act the same.
They tend to choose the pathway, without a better claim.
Leaders building other leaders, enhances their own power.
They instill progress and excitement, at every single hour.

A great leader is bold; standing together, never in the front.
Never pushing things underneath the rug, afraid of confront.
With clear purpose; team members are motivated to succeed.
Everyone takes an equal part, to get whatever they will need.

Empowerment of the others, will always lead to great success.
Motivating other leaders to lead the charge, toward progress.
The way they behave and they succeed, are always the same.
Not focused on the requirement, but the empowered acclaim.

Speaking half as much as listening to any ideas and questions.
They thank any team member for contributions and suggestions.
All the great coaches and cheerleaders, wear the exact same hat.
They protect everyone from bad weather, wherever they are at.

Rules were meant to be understood, then broken with flair.

Simple solutions always solve the biggest problems we face.
Simplifying practices, makes barriers be what they’ll replace.
A leader’s confidence and ego, can make them be destroyed.
This only occurs when thinking others’ ideas; empower void.

People need to be valued, included, and show up and be seen.
This allows them to bring the best ideas to a table of serene.
Great leaders are remembered, long after they have departed.
