When you are feeling anxious, here is what you should do.
Just take some slow deep breaths, more than just one or two.
The way that we breathe, is linked to how we feel
When you feel relaxed, it can help for you to heal.
When we breathe normal, our body functions, just right.
When we don’t, our head, to starts to feel really light.
We start to get sweaty, in our fingers and our toes.
Our body is working to the max, and it really shows.
We inhale oxygen through our nose, for our body to use.
This creates carbon dioxide, for us to exhale and lose.
When we are relaxed, our breathing is nice and slow.
Then it increases, as we exercise, start to move, and go.
When we are anxious, our breathing, is much too fast.
This puts too much oxygen in our blood, as time has past.
To get it back to normal, slow your breathing down.
Then, just sit in a chair, or lay down on the ground.
Breathe in through your nose, slow and steady.
Then hold your breath, until you are finally ready.
Then exhale it out from your mouth, nice and slow,
Then, relax your body, from your head, to your toe.

- EFFORT ITSELFAny effort starts with the decision to just try. Effort requires energy, for us to then apply. A decision of effort, starts inside of our brain. The brain’s nueroplasticity, is what we’ll gain.
- GET A GRIP ON YOUR GRUDGEIt is a hard feeling, when you hold a grudge. You can’t let go of the past, and won’t budge. All of the future is blurry because of the past. They blur together, as time has then amassed.
- THE COLORS WE ALL SEEYou will always see color, and me, will just the same. Our eyesight doesn’t need adjustment, or reframe. Color is something, we all see, with some emotion. The colors we see, set our emotions, into motion.
- OPEN YOUR MINDEveryone has different beliefs, all felt in the heart. First, you have beliefs, they make you fall apart. Untrue beliefs, are confronted from the very start. Understanding your current thinking, plays a part.
- PARENTS AS ARTISTSWhen your child is born, they are simply a blank slate. They are but a canvas, for your artwork to demonstrate. Artwork, is not a duplication, but an opportunity for art. No formula or directions are given, right from the start.
