THE COLORS WE ALL SEE

You will always see color, and me, will just the same.
Our eyesight doesn’t need adjustment, or reframe.
Color is something, we all see, with some emotion.
The colors we see, set our emotions, into motion.

Some may be colorblind, but we all see, the same.
Every color that we see, is giving a different name.
The color red, will make us feel safe and feel secure.
The color orange, lets us know creativity, is in store.

The color yellow, will make us feel some power.
Any color can become your very own superpower.
The color of our skin, doesn’t mean that any, are less.
The amount of our skin melatonin, is simply a guess.

The color green, will just be felt, inside of our heart.
The color blue, gives us voice, right from the start.
With the color indigo, we will see with some clarity.
Violet, means that harmony, is what we’ll embody.

The pigment of our skin, is nothing, to discriminate.
All discrimination, leads to the one way sign, of hate.
Understanding that color is emotion, will just assist;
All of the knowledge is power, to simply just resist.

It is true, that color makes us all feel, a certain way.
That feeling or emotion, is nothing to simply betray.
Color is seen with the eyes, and felt inside the brain.
Many colors make beauty, like those of the terrain.

Our differences make us unique, that makes us alike.
No color that we see, deserves taking the hateful hike.
All colors are darker or lighter, warmer or just colder.
All the colors are found in the beauty of the beholder.
