GET A GRIP ON YOUR GRUDGE

It is a hard feeling, when you hold a grudge.
You can’t let go of the past, and won’t budge.
All of the future is blurry because of the past.
They blur together, as time has then amassed.

All grudges are results of trauma from before.
An unwillingness for any vulnerability explore.
This is because you can’t forgive what you did.
Evidence becomes what you’ve disguised or hid.

It’s not the other person, that is really the trouble.
Embarrassment for being underneath the rubble.
The shame of what you did, lets it just continue.
A grudge isn’t hidden, but is always in clear view.

It all starts from the inability for you to be wrong.
Resulting behavior makes you not fit in or belong.
The mistake or embarrassment is seen, by us all.
Grudges make the grudger become very small.

The way that they treat the victim is just a shame.
An ensuing mistreatment is then a judgment game.
The victim before, then becomes a victim once more.
All the treatment then provided is worse than before.

The only way to end a grudge is to just forgive you.
Without this, it just then turns one victim, into two.
Forgiving yourself, will allow forgiveness of them.
This is the simplest solution to the grudge problem.
