Eighty percent of our thoughts, are negative ones, you see.
We need to engage with some of these, and let others thoughts, be.
With practice, you can turn these negative thoughts around,
Always use positive self talk, and optimism that you have found.
You can choose to be pessimistic, and find the worst in things.
You can also find hope and gratitude, in the things your life brings.
If you think you aren’t good enough, you won’t do anything right.
You will think every candle will explode, like a stick of dynamite.
This effects our mood and interactions, when we expect the worst.
These improve when we are happy, peaceful, and put ourself first.
Negativity, criticism, and judgement all go hand in hand,so to speak.
When we use language that promotes our own suffering, we feel weak.
Not all negative thoughts are bad, they can make you self-aware.
They can provide you with feedback, to get you out of despair.
It can show you what you need to improve, so that you can heal.
You must seek more compassion, kindness, and clarity, for you to feel.
Reframing your perspective, can shift your behavior, and mood.
It can improve your experience, and give you a better attitude.
Start by paying attention, to the words, and thoughts that you think.
Are they from your environment, or from your experiences that stink?
Our thoughts can be judgmental, and are often times, very untrue.
We need to acknowledge them, to develop a more balanced point of view.
You can do that, by reframing your thoughts, with new found gratitude.
By replacing those thoughts, you will develop a much better attitude.
When we think of what we have, and not on what we are lacking;
It puts things in perspective, and sends negative thoughts packing.
It doesn’t get to the root of the problem, of our negative thinking.
If unfixed, we can quickly spiral out of control, like we are sinking.
The key is to find the positive, in negative situations, you go through.
You can then choose optimism, instead of trying to just hit edit and undo.
Optimistic people are successful, and always make a positive impact.
They tend to make more money, because of how they choose to interact.
When you choose an optimistic thought, it should always be true.
This shift in our thinking towards optimism, is often times, overdue.
All of your thoughts need to be honest, compassionate, and kind.
This respect and care for yourself, will always give you peace of mind.
When you are comfortable, with who you are, you are authentic.
Meditation puts you in control, because you know that, it isn’t genetic.
When you meditate it stops you, from spiraling out of control.
You then realize, that all negative thoughts, can pay a heaven toll.
Negative thoughts aren’t the enemy, unless they consume you.
These thoughts distract you, from a purpose, and a life that is true.
When you meditate, you increase your focus, and can concentrate.
You no longer overreact, and you are finally able to, self-regulate.
Once you change the way that you think, it will change your life, forever.
These negative thoughts will no longer be able to control your life, whatsoever.
You need to acknowledge your emotions, and name them, when they arrive.
Then, just live in the moment, until your negative thoughts can subside.

- CENSORING MY VOICEDon’t silence my voice, if it’s different than you. My opinions are many, they are not just a few. How can I stay quiet, when i was mistreated? The silent, give it permission, to be repeated.
- EFFORT ITSELFAny effort starts with the decision to just try. Effort requires energy, for us to then apply. A decision of effort, starts inside of our brain. The brain’s nueroplasticity, is what we’ll gain.
- GET A GRIP ON YOUR GRUDGEIt is a hard feeling, when you hold a grudge. You can’t let go of the past, and won’t budge. All of the future is blurry because of the past. They blur together, as time has then amassed.
- THE COLORS WE ALL SEEYou will always see color, and me, will just the same. Our eyesight doesn’t need adjustment, or reframe. Color is something, we all see, with some emotion. The colors we see, set our emotions, into motion.
- OPEN YOUR MINDEveryone has different beliefs, all felt in the heart. First, you have beliefs, they make you fall apart. Untrue beliefs, are confronted from the very start. Understanding your current thinking, plays a part.
- PARENTS AS ARTISTSWhen your child is born, they are simply a blank slate. They are but a canvas, for your artwork to demonstrate. Artwork, is not a duplication, but an opportunity for art. No formula or directions are given, right from the start.
