Judgement should only be given, after careful consideration and thought. But that is not how our society works, and that is not how we are taught. Whenever we see something, judgmental thoughts pop into our head. Our beliefs form our judgements, which are how rumors are really spread.
If we believe something to be true, but in actuality, are not on the mark; We are likely to have and say, a very judgemental and offensive remark. Judgements shouldn’t be based on our beliefs, that is how bias is applied. Whenever bias is applied to judgements, fairness will always be denied.
Our judgements, are always a tug-o-war, between our brain and our heart. We can make decisions, based and what we know and feel, from the start. Some say that you make good judgements and decisions, based on your gut. But, making judgements on your stomach, can make you sound like a nut.
Your gut, is really the part of your body, where your heart and brain meet. This applies memories and logic to the judgements, that you must defeat. Once your brain and heart agree, then you should just end the tug-o-war. Your experiences, character, and integrity, leave nothing more to explore.
A judgment from a judge and citizen, are different but should be the same. Applying fairness and knowledge to our judgements, should always be the aim. They say that justice and our judgments, should always be unbiased and blind. It is only when this happens, that we can be fair, just, and remember to be kind.

Don’t silence my voice, if it’s different than you. My opinions are many, they are not just a few. How can I stay quiet, when i was mistreated? The silent, give it permission, to be repeated.
Any effort starts with the decision to just try. Effort requires energy, for us to then apply. A decision of effort, starts inside of our brain. The brain’s nueroplasticity, is what we’ll gain.
It is a hard feeling, when you hold a grudge. You can’t let go of the past, and won’t budge. All of the future is blurry because of the past. They blur together, as time has then amassed.
You will always see color, and me, will just the same. Our eyesight doesn’t need adjustment, or reframe. Color is something, we all see, with some emotion. The colors we see, set our emotions, into motion.
Everyone has different beliefs, all felt in the heart. First, you have beliefs, they make you fall apart. Untrue beliefs, are confronted from the very start. Understanding your current thinking, plays a part.
When your child is born, they are simply a blank slate. They are but a canvas, for your artwork to demonstrate. Artwork, is not a duplication, but an opportunity for art. No formula or directions are given, right from the start.
I am a blogger who is on a journey to become more emotionally intelligent by understanding what different emotions look like, how they feel, how they are perceived and impact others, and what to do when you are feeling those particular emotions.
